The Joy Garden · Amethyst · Clear Quartz · Driftwood

Meet the keeper of a very small island. On a lawn of soft green moss, a little amethyst-geode guardian in round spectacles keeps watch beneath an old driftwood tree, surrounded by clear quartz points, a sparkling quartz cluster and two tiny golden charms. Spring Isle is the most playful piece in the collection — and usually the first one people smile at.

The energy

Joy and new beginnings. Spring is the season of starting over, and this garden is built around that feeling: fresh green moss, clear quartz for clarity, amethyst for calm, and a guardian who takes his job very seriously. A cheerful reminder that new chapters can be gentle.

  • Amethyst geode — The guardian’s crown is a sparkling amethyst geode — violet crystals that grew inside a hollow in stone. Amethyst is long associated with calm and intuition, and is February’s birthstone.
  • Clear quartz — Known in crystal lore as the ‘master stone’, long associated with clarity and with amplifying whatever intention you set beside it. The ancient Greeks called it krystallos — ‘ice’ — believing it was water frozen so deeply it could never thaw.
  • Golden charms — Two tiny golden charms nod to the Chinese tradition of gold tokens for luck and prosperity.
  • Driftwood — Shaped by water, wind and time, weathered wood has become a natural symbol of resilience — still standing, beautifully changed.

How to live with it

Where it shines: The desk you sit at every day, a bookshelf at eye level, or a bright spot out of direct sun. It is happiest where people will notice it.

A new-chapter ritual: On the first day of something new — a job, a home, a season — write what you are beginning on a small card and lean it against the cup for a week.

Size

Pedestal cup approx. 13 cm (5.1 in) across the rim and 8 cm (3.1 in) tall; overall height varies with the driftwood.

Care

  • Keep indoors and dry; dust gently with a soft, dry brush or a puff of air.
  • Keep out of strong, direct sunlight to protect the colors of the stones and botanicals.
  • Contains small parts and natural stones — not a toy. Keep away from young children and pets.
  • The wood and dried botanicals are natural materials — keep them away from water and heat.

A gift with meaning

For new jobs, graduations, first homes and spring birthdays — and for anyone who would rather have a tiny guardian than a houseplant.

One of a kind, by nature: every crystal is genuine natural stone, and every piece of driftwood is shaped by nature alone — the exact shade, veining and silhouette of yours will be beautifully, unrepeatably its own. Arranged by hand in Donghai, China’s crystal capital. Crystal meanings reflect folklore and tradition — we share them as symbolism, not promises.
