Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Each piece is wrapped in protective inner packaging with extra cushioning, because glass and crystal deserve extra care.

US delivery: Standard shipping takes 8-15 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship at a flat rate of $8.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email sh@crystaria.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

International delivery: We also ship to Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Israel, Switzerland and Norway. International standard shipping is $14.99 (shown in your local currency at checkout) and free on orders of $120 or more. Delivery takes about 6-12 business days to Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, and about 10-20 business days to other international destinations, after dispatch.

Duties and taxes: For orders shipped outside the United States, our prices do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or customs fees. If your country charges them, they are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Whether any charges apply depends on your country's rules and the value of your order.
